Working together from a clear, shared, and flexible plan for discipleship
Have more and ever richer Life Groups
Actively welcoming people from their first visit, to help them become richly connected in the life of the church
Actively caring for all regular attenders, through Life Groups, ministry teams, personal care, and the work of the elders

Lead / Leadership

At least half of our teams have an understudy being prepare for future leadership
At least 75% of our ministry teams are ‘connected and empowered’
At least half of our ministry teams are building social connections among its members and fostering their discipleship

Talk / Vibrant Conversations

Have a clear and replicable strategy for engaging in vibrant conversations about complex and important topics
Have implemented at least three such conversations in the congregation
